Chaos Dad has been continuing his fanfiction over on bluesky!

Frenchie was given his scope and dagger, Roach his boots (though they didn’t fit), but the prize for Jim was kerchief and ring. Sometimes, oftentimes, they’d wear just that for Archie. 'Wonder if that was his father?' Lucius inspects the ring with Jim. 'Maybe he was mateyed,' surmises Black Pete. Oh that poor bastard. The Izzy they knew was a lot of things but would have been a handful as a spouse. 'Maybe Teddy’s why he became a handful.' Roach: 'It’s Ed. Teddy’s another form of Edward. Or sometimes Tedward.' Fang shakes his head: 'Captain never went by Ted. He’d rather be called shithead.' Jim catches a look in Fang’s eye:'You knew Izzy longer than any of us.' Fang nods. He knew Izzy longer than Blackbeard. Jim: 'Who’s Teddy?' Fang: 'I’ll never say. No one’s business but Izzy’s.' Before they can press further, Captain Frenchie stands at the bridge. 'Merry Christmas everyone. Welcome to the harbor of New York. Costumes on, we’ve some shit to wreck.' The Revenge indeed is closing in on New York’s harbor.

= Taika Waititi =

Taika was honored with the Norman Lear Achievement at the 2025 Producer's Guild Award! A lot happened for him in just a matter of a few days!

Big news for The New Uni-Con, our Pirate Queen has been announced as the first guest! It's going on June 20-22, 2025 in London!

Gypsy, our dear costume designer was absolutely rocking it out at the premier of the new season of The News Reader!

== Save Queer Stories ==

On the 5th of Feb the group Save Queer Stories worked with several members of the fandom to spread more information about Queer Stories! They pushed to ask people to tell streaming services to support Queer!

== Love Notes ==

Hey there lovelies! I feel like every time I come in here to write to you there's just so much that's happened and I'm so many days behind I just don't know where to start. 


So tonight I just wanted to remind you that things will get better. They may get worse before they do, but they WILL get better. 

I've seen a lot of scary things, but also so many uplifting things these past few days. People are stepping up, and not being quiet, people are fighting back, people are not giving up hope.


They're taking the threats we all face across this planet seriously,  they're being loud and they're being assertive, and they're making a difference (and even annoying people enough for them to take action!)

Every single day matters. Every single voice matters. Every single kindness matters.

So whatever is going on in any given day, please remember to take a moment to be kind to yourself too. You are a very vital piece of this complex ecosystem we call Earth, and you make the world a more unique, diverse, and fantastical place.

Things will get better because you are kind, and you are resilient. Things will get better because you will make them that way-- simply by being you. 

Whatever happens lovelies, we WILL make things better together. 

I love you crew, be kind, and most of all, be safe out there.
