One of the flash auction items donated by Vico Ortiz: an OFMD Swag Bundle, containing a flask, a mud mask and a scented candle. There is a photo of a metal hip flask engraved with a picture of the Revenge, a quote from Walt Whitman's O Captain My Captain, and 'OFMD 2021'. A second photo shows two jars, one containing an 'official OFMD candle' with the scent 'Open Seas', and the other containing an official OFMD Dead Sea mud mask. Both have the show's logo printed on their labels.Another flash auction item donated by Vico Ortiz: Vico's Papi Shirt (Blue text version). A photo shows a folded black shirt with the word 'Papi' and a dagger printed on it.

Another 'Papi' Shirt donated by Vico. This one has yellow text, a more stylised version of the dagger, and the tip of the dagger is piercing an orange.

Another one of Vico's flash auction listings: Their Season 2 BTS Collage Photo. There is a photo of Vico's season 2 wrap gift to the cast & crew: a print of a collage they made from polaroid pictures of cast & crew taken during shooting. A smaller photo shows a note they wrote on the back of the print, which reads: 'What a glorious journey to embark on with you! Shitty (complement) sailing with you (winking smiley). Con amor, (Vico's signature).'

Another item donated by Vico: Vico's Stunt Team Hat. 2 photos show the front and back of a black baseball hat. The front features a patchwork flag with a black cat licking its paw, and the back has the words 'OFMD Stunt Team' below a picture of a teddy bear's face with an eye patch and a scar on one cheek.

Our Pirate/Chaos Dad has once again triggered some clowning  by posting pictures of the Revenge with the text "How it started"

A photo taken from inside a large, mostly dark empty space, probably a film studio. Light streams in through a set of double doors, so bright in contrast with the rest of the photo that we cannot see what is outside.

The same open double doors, seen from much closer than in the previous photo. The shape of something white can be seen just outside the doors now, but that part of the photo is still too overexposed to fully make out what it is.

An even closer view through the studio doors reveals the Revenge's white unicorn figurehead, attached to what looks like a thin, curved piece of wood, standing in a brightly-lit corridor.

So many more of you spread the word making sure as many people as possible could take part in all this. And in the end more than 70 percent of what was raised was from crafted goods or commissioned artwork, from this community and by this community. You all saw a need for a light in the darkness and without hesitation you chose to shine brilliantly. It's not the first time you've done it. This time the light looked like needlework, and jewelry, and maybe a half a pyramid here or there. But sometimes it looks like a drag show, a live stream or a zine for charity. Sometimes it looks like a bit of artwork in exchange for proof of donation, or just a call to action. Sometimes it's a signal boost or giving someone else in our fandom a helping hand. There's a lot of darkness around us. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming, but you all know how to make your own light. And what's more, you're always willing to share it with others. So, to the moderators, to everyone who made things, shared links or donated, and to everyone who's ever been a part of this sort of thing in the past, please know, you all make the world a little brighter. The first up on the Fan Spotlight for the OFMD Craft fair is the absolute legend @mossgroves!
She was so incredibly kind to donate this amazing Painting of our boys! If you aren't familiar with Moss's work, please take a moment to check out her incredible art here on their linktr.ee! 
Her work is one of the first fanarts I'd seen in this fandom and it really blew me away and peaked my interest in OFMD!

Another one of our dear crewmates, @jilliansauers makes beautiful ornaments and necklaces (I have one of her Messages In A Bottle and it's awesome!!) She donated these two wonderful pieces to the Craft Fair!
Also in case you didn't know-- Jillian also does such amazing things for this fandom day to day (she helps keep track of the donations we've made as a fandom, reaches out to everyone and sends love, is always keeping an eye out for new cast members on the various platforms, and so much more)-- she's a treasure!

OFMD Craft Fair auction item 1380: Message in a Bottle Ornament, donated by JillianS. There are 2 photos: One shows a tiny bottle containing a rolled-up scroll. The bottle is sealed with a cork stopper attached to a short piece of twine. The other photo shows the unrolled scroll, which has Stede's love letter to Ed printed on it in Gothic script. It reads: 'Dear Ed, I long for you. Every day we spend apart feels like an eternity. I know you don't want to hear from me, but I write these letters daily, hoping one will reach you. Hope that's okay. And I know we're not through. I can feel it in my soul. A love like ours can't disappear in an instant. We're joined to one another, intertwined. We wrote our names on each other in permanent ink.'

== Love Notes ==

Hey lovelies. I know this week has been a bit of an emotional roller coaster! The 3 year anniversary of OFMD was on 03/03 and then the 1 year anniversary of David telling us 'officially' there was no renewal was on 03/07. 

I remember that day really well. I remember crying at my desk for hours while I tried to work.  I remember streaming OFMD with several crewmates trying to find some assemblance of calm. It's hard to believe it's been a whole year.

The renewal campaign efforts were so intense those first few months, and then David's message hit us all like a ton of bricks. But you know what? You all still kept showing up. 

Whether it was for renewal efforts, menacing WB execs, supporting your fellow crew financially or emotionally, raising money for marginalized groups, for cast & crew in their continued endeavors-- you kept showing up.

That's what community is. We show up for each other. 

I know the craft fair has been a big topic for several weeks now, and I'm loving every ounce of it because look at what it's done. Over $100,000 for trans youth, our sibs that are currently being targeted by so many people in the US and across the world. 

I know we can't afford to spend that much money all the time, but it's so incredibly inspiring what you all can do when you band together. 

Please never forget the power you have, individually, but especially as a crew, as a community. We rally together so well because this crew is kind and loving and even when we have our inter-fandom squabbles, we still come together when things are most important and make magic happen.

I hope you know how proud we all are of you lovelies. I hope you all are proud of yourselves for the immense impact you made on so many lives, just by being kind. 

Rest well, remember to hydrate, and take some time for you.
