Hey there lovelies! Right now... you may not feel like yourself. You may feel overwhelmed, or depressed, or overworked, or maybe disconnected. You may feel like you aren't enough, or you're too much.
If you don't feel like yourself right now, that's okay.
Things are unprecedented for a lot of folks right now, and sometimes it's going to be hard to keep up your spirits because you aren't getting to do the things that help make you you.
No matter what happens, you are never a burden, and you are still you. Things you feel like you've done wrong, things you dont feel like align with your intentions, are just part of your journey. You're someone going through a rough time right now, and things aren't going to feel normal, or perfect.
So be kind to yourself if you can, and please know that you mean so much to so many of us.
